Dance Films Association enlisted Chromavision to create screening elements for its Dance On Camera Festival at Lincoln Center. Chromavision produced numerous DCPs and other deliverables compatible with Lincoln Center’s screening facilities, from media submitted by filmmakers from all around the World. The Festival was inaugurated in1971 and is considered the “mother” of dance film festivals. The Standby Program, facilitated the working together of Chromavision and the Dance Films Association.
